Tamil Cinema is having a dry run in the box office this two months of 2017. There is not a genuine hit except for Singam 3 and the new release from Vijay Antony , Yeman. But this is only concerned with the trade, audience seems to be busy with social issues in the first two months. 5. Thaana Serndha Kootam
Suriya joins a fresh young team lead by director Vignesh Shivan and music director Anirudh. After a long time Suriya pairs with Keerthy Suresh for the first time, the actress is on a roll after working with Vijay in Bairavaa now joins with Suryia. This young team looks promising along with Suriya himself looking to sport looks similar to his early days. Ater blockbuster Singam 3, Thaana Serndha Kootam (movie name coined after famous dialogue of Superstar Rajnikanth) is looking promising and is one of the most expected movies of 2017. Also lets hope studio green productions releases the movie in 2017 and doesn’t delay like Singam 3

One of the most awaited movies for 2017 thru-out the country after the huge hit of Baahubali first version.
Entire Tollywood, Kollywood and Indian cinema is getting ready for the final version of Baahubali 2 “The Conclusion”. In Tamil version the movie is named as Bahubali
The recent poster from the team has created new excitement levels. Lets hope the movie storms the box office like its first version.
3. Vijay 61
Vijay and Atlee team up once again after blockbuster Theri. Vijay’s recent release Bairavaa did not get the blockbuster tag.
There are two major changes from Vijay-Atlee team last time from Theri. Oscar nayagan AR Rahman joins the team and the cameraman is also new. So lets expect a magic from the trio Vijay-Atlee-ARR.
There is also rumor floating around that Vijay is donning a triple role in this movie, if thats true then this is the first movie in which Vijay performs a triple action

2. Vivegam
The most famous combo of Kollywood in recent time from hero and director is Ajith-Siva combination. Ajith is joining with director Siva for the third time and within four of his last movies. Veeram, Vedalam and now Vivegam. The first look got massive response from Ajith fans and also neutral audience given the theme of a racing movie and muscular body posed by Thala Ajith.

The most awaited movie for 2017 is 2.0 which is not a surprise given the humongous budget and scale in which the movie is presently being canned. Rajnikanth, Shankar, Akshay Kumar, AR Rahman all the big names of the Indian industry is joining hands under the banner of Lyca productions.
Amy Jackson the only women in the casting (known as of now) is to perform a major role in the movie, which has even more scope than Aishwarya rai who acted in the first version.
Currently the last schedule of the movie is in progress in ECR and outskirts of Chennai.
