Actor Vikram has a long line of movies signed up. He recently completed the shoot for his movie Kadaram Kondaan and the makers are now planning to release it this May. The movie is directed by Rajesh Selva of Thoongaa Vanam fame and produced by Kamal Hassan under Raaj Kamal Films International and Tridents Arts. Akshara Haasan plays the female lead in it. Music for the movie is by Ghibran. A major portion of the movie was shot in Malaysia.
Now the news is that the actor might sign up for a movie with director Dharani. It may be recalled that the two worked together in hit films like Dhill and Dhool in the past.
Apart from this Vikram also awaits the release of his much-delayed project Dhruva Natchathiram, directed by Gautham Menon.
He is also acting in a mega-budget movie Mahavir Karna, that went on floors in Hyderabad recently. This is directed by R S Vimal and the first schedule includes making the Kurukshetra war segment of the film and it is being shot at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. A venerated bell which is part of a 30-feet chariot is being built for the movie.
