Sivakarthikeyan's Don movie is a fun filled light hearted movie, thats also a small budget and a quick one.Lyca's has seen good success in the likes of Kolamaavu Kokila, Chekka Chivantha Vaanam all are small budget and became blockbusters.
Don movie joins the list before even nearing its relase date of May 12th. Also only OTT and satellite rights have been sold, the theatrical rights have not been sold yet.
Don is Sivakarthikeyan's next movie after massive success of Doctor movie.
To add to the sweet story SJ Suryah also joins the cast, who is freshly back after Maanadu blockbuster
So Don movie is money spinner for Lyca productions due to massive business prospects and a shoestring budget.

The budget of Don movie is around 38 crs. Sivakarthikeyan is clearly expanding his business. He became well known in Andhra and Telangana states after Doctor movie success and his presence in RRR movie promotions in Chennai. Both Jr NTR and Ramcharan fans loved Sivakarthikeyan.
